These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on our online store (the “Site”) and the relationship between Marolli vêtements classiques, registered in Switzerland (“we”, “our”, “us”), and any individual or company purchasing from us (“you”, “your”, “the customer”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of clothing, accessories, tailored garments, and gift cards made through our online shop.They also apply to purchases made from abroad unless stated otherwise.
3. Prices and Currency
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros (EUR) and include Swiss VAT. Prices are unified for Swiss and EU customers. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but orders already confirmed will not be affected.
4. Orders and Contract Conclusion
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g. stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud).
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods: TWINT, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Shopify Payments. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your credit card data.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver via Swiss Post. Typical delivery times:
- Switzerland: 2–4 working days
- EU countries: 2–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 3–10 working days
Free shipping is offered for orders above CHF 150.–.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs procedures, holidays, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for such delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels attached.Tailored or customized items are excluded from return unless defective.
To request a return, contact us at info@marolli-clasiques.ch. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
9. Defects and Warranty
We apply the legal warranty according to Articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
If a product is defective, please notify us immediately with photos or proof.
We will either replace the item, repair it, or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
No warranty is provided for damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper care.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for the period specified on the card. If no expiration date is stated, validity is 24 months from the date of purchase.Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used exclusively on our online store or, where available, in our physical store.
11. Tailoring Services
Tailoring orders are made to your specific measurements and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of material defect or production error. Minor fitting differences due to measurement variations are not considered defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
We take every care to present our products accurately, but minor variations in color, texture or fit may occur.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit resulting from the use of our Site or products.Our total liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Details are described in our separate Privacy Policy, available on our website.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (images, texts, logos, design, etc.) is the property of Marolli vêtements classiques or licensed partners. It may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all related transactions are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sierre, Valais, Switzerland.
16. Amendments
We may modify these Terms from time to time.The version in force at the time of order placement applies to that order.All updates are published on this page with the corresponding “Last updated” date.
