We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange items under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Please include your order number and contact details with the return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Tailored or customised garments (made to your measurements) cannot be returned or refunded, except if the product is faulty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
3. How to Return an Item
- Send us an email at info@marolli-classiques.ch within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
- We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable postal service (Swiss Post, DHL, UPS, etc.).We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item was defective or sent in error.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or model), please contact us.
The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired one.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@marolli-classiques.ch with photos showing the issue.We will cover the return shipping and offer either a replacement, repair, or full refund.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for the period indicated on the card.If no expiration date is shown, validity is 24 months from the purchase date.Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
