Politique d’expédition

We ship all orders from Switzerland and deliver worldwide.Our goal is to process and deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently.

 

1. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post or one of our trusted logistics partners (DHL, UPS, etc.).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 working days
  • European Union: 2–7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 3–10 working days

Please note that these are estimated times.Delays may occur due to customs procedures, holidays, or factors beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Switzerland & EU: Free shipping for orders above CHF / EUR 150.–
  • Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
  • Worldwide: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and package weight.

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly announced on our website.

 

4. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, the shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking.If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately atcontact@marolli-classiques.ch.We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Swiss public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) are processed the next working day.
You’ll receive confirmation once your order is packed and ready to ship.
